Welcome to 415jarvis.com. Happy Spring! 2011 has gotten off to a pretty good start. The market is steady despite the new and somewhat stricter mortgage rules beginning March 18th. Prices remain steady as does the balance of buyers & sellers. Nothing extreme which makes for a solid and healthy market. For those of you who don't know me, I'd like to introduce myself. I've been the host Realtor for 'The Central' and agent to many Buyers & Sellers at 415 Jarvis Street for over seven years now.
